A total of 28 players from 18 different Premier Development League teams were honored in the TopDrawerSoccer Preseason Best XI teams ahead of the NCAA Division I season's kickoff this Friday.

The list contains a total of 44 players across four teams, including a freshman team, more than half of which is comprised of PDL players and alumni.

FC Tucson leads the charge with four players honored, while the New York Red Bulls U-23, Portland Timbers U-23, Burlingame Dragons FC, Saint Louis FC U-23 and SIMA Aguilas each added multiple members.

Included on the list was current No. 1 PDL Top Prospect and Duke star Brian White, who featured for the Red Bulls U23. He's joined by teammate and fellow top-ten prospect Ben Lundgaard, who plays his college soccer with Virginia Tech and No. 3 prospect Brad Dunwell of the Michigan Bucks, featuring for Wake Forest.

In total, seven current top prospects made the cut, including White, Lundgaard, Dunwell, Sergi Nus, Cam Lindley, Mo Adams, and Kevin Politz.
