Wednesday proved productive for PDL Players to Watch, as nine found the score sheet as providers or finishers.
One of the most impressive wins of the night belonged to Wisconsin, who earned a comprehensive 3-0 win against Marquette. Leading the way was a stunning performance from Chicago FC United forward Chris Mueller, as the senior scored a goal and assisted two others on the night, as well as a goal-scoring performance from PDL teammate Thomas Barlow.
Also impressing were FC Tucson midfielder Aaron Herrera, with a goal and an assist in New Mexico's 3-0 win against Loyola Marymount, and SIMA Aguilas midfielder Rafael Santos, with two assists for Virginia Commonwealth in a 4-1 win over Davidson.
In NCAA DII action, a trio of players scored goals for their respective collegiate teams. Fresno Fuego midfielder Joey Chica put one in for Cal Baptist in a 2-1 win against Concordia, Reading United AC forward Marco Micaletto finished one off for Young Harris in a 2-1 win vs. Limestone, and The Villages SC midfielder Gabriel Torres powered yet another goal home in a 2-1 loss for University of D.C.
Ken Krolicki started and played 81 minutes in Michigan State's 1-0 win vs. Western Michigan.
Ryan Sierakowski started, played 90 minutes and provided ONE GOAL in Michigan State's 1-0 win vs. Western Michigan.
Justin Carfora started and played 85 minutes in Holy Cross' 3-0 loss vs. Boston College.
Thor Arne Hoefs started, played 91 minutes and recorded a CLEAN SHEET in George Washington's 1-0 win vs. George Mason.
