NCAA DI and DII: Wednesday PDL Players Recap

Wednesday proved productive for PDL Players to Watch in NCAA DII, as multiple players found the back of the net for their collegiate teams.

Leading the charge was a strong performance from FC Tucson midfielder Moshe Perez, who was instrumental in leading Colorado Mesa to their seventh win of the season. Perez first earned an assist on the game-tying goal in the second half, before finishing the match off with an overtime winner, his fourth goal of the season.

Also of note in DII were strong performances from Cincinnati Dutch Lions midfielder Patrick Guier, who scored two goals, and Oklahoma City Energy U23 forward William Roberts, who tallied an assist, in the University of Charleston's 5-3 win against West Virginia Wesleyan. The Villages SC midfielder Gabriel Torres also found himself on the score-sheet, notching his 11th goal of the season in a 1-0 win for the University of D.C. over West Chester.

In NCAA DI, Texas United defender Joseph Korb and Akron shocked No. 1-ranked Michigan State, with K-W United FC midfielder Ken Krolicki and Chicago FC United forward Ryan Sierakowski, with a 4-1 upset victory.



Joseph Korb subbed-in and played 11 minutes in Akron's 4-1 win vs. Michigan State.

Ken Krolicki started and played 79 minutes in Michigan State's 4-1 loss to Akron.

Ryan Sierakowski started and played 86 minutes in Michigan State's 4-1 loss to Akron.

Julio Moncada did not play in UNC-Wilmington's 2-1 win vs. Elon.

Francis Atuahene did not play in Michigan's 2-1 loss vs. Oakland.

Aaron Molloy started and played 82 minutes in Penn State's 3-0 loss vs. Temple.


Patrick Guier started, played 80 minutes and provided TWO GOALS in University of Charleston's 5-3 win vs. West Virginia Wesleyan.

William Roberts started, played 83 minutes and provided ONE ASSIST in University of Charleston's 5-3 win vs. West Virginia Wesleyan.

Ismael Noumansana did not play in Lenoir-Rhyne's 1-1 draw vs. Lees-McRae College.

Jon Ander Ibarrondo subbed-in and played 64 minutes in Wingate's 1-0 loss vs. Limestone.

Charlie Dennis started and played 47 minutes in Palm Beach Atlantic's 1-0 win vs. Barry.

Gabriel Torres started, played 70 minutes and provided ONE GOAL in University of D.C.'s 1-0 win vs. West Chester.

Moshe Perez started, played 98 minutes and provided ONE GOAL and ONE ASSIST in Colorado Mesa's 2-1 win vs. Westminster.

Marco Micaletto started and played 103 minutes in Young Harris' 2-1 win vs. North Georgia.
