The first of November plays host to a plethora of NCAA DI action, with PDL players taking the field across the nation.
Three PDL-on-PDL matches take point on the slate, with Georgetown vs. Creighton, Dartmouth vs. UConn, and Wisconsin vs. Wisconsin Green Bay all featuring PDL talent on both sides of the pitch. When the Hoyas and Bluejays take the field in the mid-afternoon, they’ll do so with seven total PDL players including New York Red Bull U23 midfielder Christopher Lema and forward Zachary Knudson for Georgetown, and Des Moines Menace defender Lucas Stauffer, Tampa Bay Rowdies U23 midfielder Noah Franke, Lane United FC midfielder Joel Rydstrand, Rowdies U23 forward Ricky Lopez-Espin, and OKC Energy U23 forward Sven Koenig for Creighton.
Elsewhere, a quadruplet of PDL talent takes the field for the Cavaliers as Virginia opens their ACC Tournament slate with Colorado Rapids U23 goalkeeper Jefferson Caldwell, Fresno Fuego defender Sergi Nus, Cincinnati Dutch Lions forward Kennedy Nwabia, and AC Connecticut forward Edward Opoku facing Boston College.
In total, 21 PDL players take the field across nine matches on Wednesday
Rafael Santos and VCU play St. Bonaventure at 7 p.m. ET
Frantzdy Pierrot and Coastal Carolina play Howard at 7 p.m. ET
